My name is Milos Ivanovic. I was born in Serbia in 1982.
I work in the Hospitality industry for 20 years.

I have a strong passion for my job and I want you to have it too. It is so important for you to understand your job in the first place and to get the conclusion that every move of yours matters so much.

I would love to present Hospitality to all my colleges on the way how I learned it, to speak about it from my point of view, in a new and creative way, in the way I experience it and how I do it.

If we wanna start learning about hospitality, we have to start from the very begin.
Yes! That's right! You are thinking now that the history of hospitality is not so important for doing the actual job on the field. And you are right!

HbM Training Center
The theory will be learned, but you might never able to use it in a proper way. It could all appear confusing ones you walk in your working place. That's why HbM Training Centre will be developed. Whatever we learn, we have to improve it in practice as well. Self-confidence is one of the most important personal characteristics which you as a caterer must-have.
HbM Recycle
Almost all over the world trash is trash. All the garbage go to the same trash bins and containers provided which is so wrong. In the hospitality industry that is the main thing, nobody takes care of. Imagine how many hotels, restaurants and bars are out there and how many gigatons of trash they make on a daily bases?!
HbM Recucly Projet is about to change it in Serbia and that is only a beginner!
